I currently offer psychotherapy to any adult aged 21 or over who is ready to commit to regular private mental health support for themselves.

Psychotherapy is beautifully supportive for all of us at key points in our lives. Whether you are acutely emotionally distressed, or living chronically with a mental, emotional, or physical health concern (that is appropriate for therapeutic support), or just need to chat and untangle some feelings and thoughts then I can provide you with a nurturing and supportive space to explore your specific or general emotional issues and challenges.

We all need time and non-judgemental space to work through our ‘stuff’. Anyone I work with will benefit from an integrative practice of care and knowledge weaving in person centred psychotherapy, jungian creative practice, nervous system integration, mindful compassion practice, women’s health coaching, and solution focussed mentoring and coaching (both personal & professional).

Online psychotherapy is convenient and confidential. You can choose from receiving therapeutic support via weekly or fortnightly online Facetime, or via WhatsApp Video sessions.

Currently I offer psychotherapeutic support to adults who may be experiencing-

-Depression, anxiety & stress, grief, & trauma.

-Feelings of worthlessness, anger, rage, frustration and low self-esteem.

-Experiencing a neurotypical world as a neurodivergent person, including pre and post diagnosis support.

-Fertility, pregnancy, birth, antenatal, and postnatal concerns.

-Any issues arising from life transitions such as moving home/job, separation/divorce, perimenopause and menopause.

-Issues around sex, intimacy, and relationships incl support for those who have experienced sexual abuse at any age.

-Living with, or recovering from, domestic violence & abuse including coercive control & financial abuse.

-Anything else that life throws at you that you would benefit from talking about.
