Mentoring can support you when you’re feeling stuck, help you clarify what matters most, and guide you in making decisions with greater confidence. It offers accountability, perspective, and a way to build more aligned habits and ways of living. Over time, it can help you reconnect with a deeper sense of direction and develop a more grounded, spacious relationship with your life.
While therapy often explores the origins of our emotional patterns and early experiences, mentoring is more present and future-focused. It centres on where you are now, where you want to go, and how to move towards that with clarity and support. That said, the process can still be deeply nourishing, with space for insight, reflection, and meaningful shifts along the way.
Personal mentoring offers a structured, supportive space for adults who want thoughtful input outside of therapy. It’s a place to pause, reflect, and move forward with greater clarity, intention, and self-trust.
This work is particularly valuable during times of transition-whether in career, relationships, identity, or life stages such as perimenopause and menopause.
It’s also well suited to creatives, caregivers, and those who regularly hold space for others, but rarely have space held for themselves.

They are seeking a space to reconnect with themselves and what truly matters. So each session is shaped around your individual needs, goals, and pace. Alongside practical tools and guidance, you’ll also experience a steady, grounded presence walking alongside you.
The mentoring programme I offer you brings together solution-focused coaching and integrative support. This allows us to work both practically and reflectively-clarifying your vision, setting meaningful goals, and working through obstacles, while also gently exploring any underlying patterns that may be influencing your experience.
Sessions are held online, offering both convenience and confidentiality. You can choose fortnightly support via FaceTime or WhatsApp video.
