My promise to you is to provide you with the best of my skills, qualifications, and life experience.
I do not believe in charging unrealistic amounts for therapeutic or mentoring support but nor do I undervalue our time & also the work taken to be there for you as a priority.
The work undertaken is completely tailored towards your needs & requirements and is therefore intensive, therapeutic, transformative and of significant value to you.
I also appreciate that everyone’s requirements & situations vary and with this is mind I also currently offer a number of payment plans and block discounts.

The Unfolding Path-A Year in Jungian Creative Depth Therapy
This year long, one to one Jungian Depth Art Psychotherapy programme invites you to embark on a profound journey of self-discovery, transformation, individuation, and self-actualisation.
Through deep therapeutic conversations, creative exploration, and engagement with archetypal and symbolic work, we will navigate the landscapes of your unconscious to uncover hidden truths, integrate the shadow, and work towards your personal individuation where you will deepen your understanding of who you are beyond the expectations of others or the roles you play in your life.
Over approximately one year you will embark initially on a piece of creative research pre-work and then access 15 fortnightly one to one depth psychotherapy sessions. There will also be ongoing email contact and creative practice throughout, and also creative ‘homework’ as agreed.
The programme is a total of 15 sessions and an additional 10-12 hours of pre-work & creative support and contact over one year.
£2500 total for the year.
-You can pay upfront in full, or instead pay a deposit of £500 and then 10 monthly payments of £200.

With personal mentoring, you gain access to tailored advice, actionable insights, and a structured roadmap that aligns with your unique goals and challenges
The personal mentoring package of support includes; the personal pre-work, the fortnightly one to one personal mentoring sessions, the accountability & boundary setting, the deeper reflective practice, and the additional weekly contact & coaching support.
£2995 for 6 months then a rolling payment of £300 per month thereafter (payable on the 1st of each month).

Professional Mentoring
I offer brilliant business mentoring for business start-ups and level ups aimed at the small business owner, creatives, therapists and coaches, & emerging leaders.
Professional mentoring will support you to get creative, operate within realistic boundaries, and set up or ‘level-up’ your business ethically and sustainably.
The professional mentoring package of support includes; the pre-work, the creative reflection and business generation, the fortnightly one to one mentoring sessions, the accountability & boundary setting, the reflective practice, the additional weekly contact & coaching support, and the professional toolkit.
£3995 for 6 months then a rolling payment of £400 per month thereafter (payable on the 1st of each month).
