My promise to you is to provide you with the best of my skills, qualifications, and life experience.
I do not believe in charging unrealistic amounts for therapeutic or mentoring support but nor do I undervalue our time & also the work taken to be there for you as a priority.
The work undertaken is completely tailored towards your needs & requirements and is therefore intensive, therapeutic, transformative and of significant value to you.
I also appreciate that everyone’s requirements & situations vary and with this is mind I also currently offer a number of payment plans and block discounts.

Introductory Session
A great place to start.
This is a 20-30 minute online chat where you can tell me a little more about you & your support needs, & I can answer any questions you may have. Then we can make an informed decision about working together.

Psychotherapy
One to one therapeutic support.
This is for you if you are experiencing thoughts & feelings that you’d like to explore at your own speed within a confidential, non-judgemental, and compassionate setting.
£80 per 60 min fortnightly session,
Or, £750 advanced payment for block of 10 sessions,
Or, £95 per 60 min monthly session (suitable for clients who have accessed a period of psychotherapy and now wish to reduce contact to a monthly mental health maintenence session).

Jungian Creative Therapy-The Unfolding Path
The year long therapeutic programme is a total of 15 fortnightly sessions plus 10-12 weeks of pre-work + year long creative support + contact.
£2500 total for the year.
-You can pay upfront in full, or instead pay a deposit of £500 + 10 monthly payments of £200 payable on the 1st of each month.

Personal Mentoring

With personal mentoring, you gain access to tailored advice, actionable insights, and a structured roadmap that aligns with your unique goals and challenges
The personal mentoring package of support includes; the personal pre-work, the fortnightly one to one personal mentoring sessions, the accountability & boundary setting, the deeper reflective practice, and the additional weekly contact & coaching support.
£2995 for 3 months then a rolling payment of £300 per month thereafter (payable on the 1st of each month).

Professional Mentoring
I offer brilliant business mentoring for business start-ups and level ups aimed at the small business owner, creatives, therapists and coaches, & emerging leaders.
Professional mentoring will support you to get creative, operate within realistic boundaries, and set up or ‘level-up’ your business ethically and sustainably.
The professional mentoring package of support includes; the pre-work, the creative reflection and business generation, the fortnightly one to one mentoring sessions, the accountability & boundary setting, the reflective practice, the additional weekly contact & coaching support, and the professional toolkit.
£3495 for 3 months then a rolling payment of £400 per month thereafter (payable on the 1st of each month).
